On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, PPCIL welcomed a study visit from professors and students from the International University of Health and Welfare of Japan, along with a non-profit organization (NPO) specializing in mental and physical development support systems. The purpose of the visit was to conduct interviews with female staff members with disabilities, focusing on their personal life experiences.
Phnom Penh Center for Independent Living (PPCIL) is the first IL movement in Cambodia, which is non-governmental organization established in September, 2009.
